Intro Session – $111 – follow ups – $66

Shadow Work involves the uncovering, acknowledging, and accepting the parts of ourselves that are usually hidden due to shame, fear, or old programming. The course work goes through steps and lessons to bring these unconscious programs into the light to gain a better understanding of how they work and affect our reactions to everyday life. In order to be fully integrated we need to accept not only the parts of ourselves that we like and approve of but also the parts of ourselves we have hidden away.
