Life presents challenges and sometimes we all need someone who can guide us through difficulties and challenges. As an emotional support doula, I can offer time, hold space and be a soft safe place to land. This involves listening and guidance, if requested, to those who need personal emotional support through difficult transitional times, such as presented during loss, divorce, and any crisis moment. Or my services could be used to help to teach regulation of emotional responses in everyday life. This service can be tailored to what you need and include the other services presented.
